Refund Policy

This policy applies to all digital products purchased from Grondpad Designs and should be read together with your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

Digital products

Because our products are digital and are delivered and accessed immediately after purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a download has been accessed. We encourage you to read each product description carefully before purchasing.

When we will help

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will gladly provide a replacement or a refund if:

the file is faulty, corrupt, or will not download;
you received the wrong item; or
the product is materially not as described.

How to request help

Please contact us via our Contact page within 7 days of your purchase, with your order number and a description of the problem. We will respond as quickly as possible to put things right.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same item twice, contact us and we will refund the duplicate.
